I'm looking to define what makes more sense in a page visual hierarchy for both visual design / consistency & accessibility.

I recently noticed some differences in amazon.com and Amazon.in.

I am currently working on an enterprise website with loads of different views/content.

I have a case where in one view I have two switching options: "Group by" and "View as".

We have an application where users have to subscribe to health plans for 3,6,or 12 months.

I have a case where i have tabs and each tabs has a set of information.
