SVG <filter>s to simulate vision impairments. You can apply them with CSS to HTML in supporting browsers.

Might become a bookmarklet or extension.

Filters

• Colorblindness (various kinds and degrees)
  
  • Red/Green — protanopia, deuteranopia, protanomaly, deuteranomaly
  • Blue/Yellow — tritanopia, tritanomaly
  • All colors — achromatopsia
• Poor vision (such as age-related deterioration)
• Low contrast (not a condition, just a good check)
