Provide ability to extend or remove time limits on reading
This feature would allow users to extend or remove time limits on reading pages. There are numerous places where this would be helpful, including text in animated images and forms that must be read and submitted in a certain amount of time.

People using screenreaders may take longer to read a page, and could benefit from the ability to extend the time allowed to read content.
